The graphic on the t-shirt was designed in 1988 by Powell-Peralta artist contest winner Sean Cliver. The dragon design draws inspiration from VCJ's iconic Powell-Peralta style. Later, the graphic was nicknamed Cab "Ban This" Dragon, as it was prominently featured in the famous video of the same name.

The t-shirt is made of 100% American cotton, weighing approximately 142 grams, and is white in color, with a large graphic on the back and one on the left chest, both screen printed. It has a standard fit for adults, with double-needle sleeves and bottom hems, reinforced taped collar and shoulder seams, and a 7/8" ribbed collar. The logo is screen printed, and the inner label is screen printed directly onto the t-shirt.
