Return Policy
If you wish to return purchased products, you have 30 (thirty) days from the delivery date to do so. The products must have been purchased directly on our website and delivered to you. To obtain a refund, products must be returned in resalable condition, in their original packaging, complete with receipt or invoice, user instructions, accessories, barcodes, and original tags.
Returns by Shipping
To return an item by shipping, please follow these simple instructions:
- Carefully pack the products in the parcel, preferably using the original packaging.
- Make sure the parcel is securely sealed with strong adhesive tape.
- Send the parcel via a courier of your choice to the address below.

Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer. If you are returning items from different orders, please include the respective "Packing Slip" provided with each order inside the return parcel.
Note: Returns without a "Packing Slip" or proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) will not be accepted. If you have lost the "Packing Slip," please contact our Customer Service to receive a copy.
Once we receive and verify the condition of the returned product(s), we will process the refund to the payment method used for the purchase.
We reserve the right to accept or refuse returns that do not meet the above requirements or are deemed unfit for return.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you wish to return a product due to defects or errors attributable to us, please contact our Customer Service for instructions on how to proceed. Otherwise, we will not be able to cover the return shipping costs.
