Orders received by 12:00 noon (Italian time) with items in stock are shipped the same day. Orders confirmed after 12:00 noon will be shipped the next business day. After placing your order, you will receive a link to track your package online.

This Pre-Order Policy governs the purchase of items available for pre-order on Xtreme Skate Shop.
Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they become available in our warehouse. If an order includes multiple products, shipment will take place once all items are available, unless otherwise communicated.
Release dates are estimated and may be subject to change due to circumstances beyond Xtreme Skate Shop’s control. Orders will be shipped as soon as the merchandise is received. Any delays caused by the manufacturer or distribution processes shall not be considered the direct responsibility of the seller.
In rare cases, a pre-order item may be cancelled by the supplier or may no longer be produced. In such circumstances, the order will be cancelled and the customer will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
Please note that distribution timelines may vary between the United States and Europe. Some products may become available in the United States before arriving in Italy, with potential differences in delivery timing due to international logistics and transportation.
For pre-order items, the customer retains the right of withdrawal within 30 days from delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Placing a pre-order constitutes a binding commitment. A delay in the estimated release date does not automatically entitle the customer to cancel the order, unless the delay exceeds reasonable limits as defined by applicable law.
